The gray colors of the room had a splash of color with the turquoise accent wall. The room had modern décor with subtle Caribbean touches like framed palm trees pictures in black and white.
Check-in was easy and they provided tons of information about the 414-room hotel. Throughout the lobby, there were stores ranging from souvenir shops to high-end jewelry stores. The lobby was huge, with lots of sitting areas. The hotel is a quick, 20-minute drive from the airport. The best place to fly in is Queen Beatrix International Airport Let me tell you all about our first hotel…the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino Where do you fly in to? There are several Marriott hotels on the island and we couldn’t choose which to stay at so we decided to stay at two of them because they were right near each other. We were on our first solo mom/daughter trip outside of the US, and Aruba was the perfect destination for our stay.
