Attendance issues were the worst and we found ourselves to be short staffed most if not all of the time. Almost impossible to fire or reprimand tribal members. Discipline of individuals was extremely tough too since most that were committing or displaying bad behavior were the tribal members. Very tough to get good, reliable team members because of Human Resources oversight of each hired individual. We could not circumvent Human Resources because they dictated to us (management) on who we should hire. I worked as part of management and we basically were forced to hire tribal members first without a shadow of a doubt before anyone else.
Tribal members are treated very highly and that is what the expectation is from the corporation.
